Gray Eagle Creek House | Perfect Summer Retreat

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We loved the creek behind the property. Great for exploring or just sitting and listening to the sounds of the water.

The property's location was perfect for our needs. It was a few houses down from where family lives, and within walking distance from the pond. The home was clean and big enough for family gatherings. It backs up to a creek and the yard is lovely. We chose this spot for family pictures. The home is dated though, and the shower in the master bath has a shower head that is oddly low. (about as high as my husband's chest) The beds were comfortable but the pillows were oversized and seemed more like decorative bolsters. There were only a few coffee filters which did not fit the coffee maker. There is a BBQ but was quite old and small so did not fit out needs. The cost was not exorbitant, but did seemed a high for a 2 bedroom. Apart from these minor inconveniences, the home suited us just fine. We would definitely stay there again and have recommended this home to others in our family.
